Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible.
Please email info@kalalondon.com as soon as possible after placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.
I entered the wrong delivery address
Please contact us immediately at info@kalalondon.com.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we’ll do our best to update it.
Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped we may not be able to make changes.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase has been placed successfully.
You’ll also receive shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

How much is UK delivery?
Standard UK Delivery: £3.99
Express UK Delivery: £5.99
Free UK Delivery: on orders over £60
How long does delivery take?
UK Standard: 2–4 working days
UK Express: 1–2 working days
Europe and international delivery times may vary depending on destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes.
We currently ship across the UK, Europe and selected international destinations.

Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided items are unworn, in original condition and have tags attached.
Please email info@kalalondon.com to begin your return.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like another size or style, please place a new order and return your original item.
Sizing
Are your items true to size?
We aim to provide accurate sizing on each product page.
If an item is oversized, fitted or one-size, this will always be noted in the product description.
